Your Virtual Assistant will be handling all of the interactions between you and your customers. In addition to keeping and updating your "To Do" list, he/she will also be filling in your interactive calendar. You will have the ability to view and modify your schedule by the day, week or month.  You still retain full control of your calendar.

Importantly, if you already have a calendaring system in place, we'll use that.  You won't need to learn new software.

Since the calendar is interactive, you can also add personal appointments (oil changes, doctor appointments, etc).
