THE PROBLEM: The ability for a small business to accept payments via credit card can mean the difference between a customer and a missed opportunity.   For instance, suppose you're a contractor and you've provided your customer with a proposal.  You're in his home and you would love to have him seal the deal with a down payment, but he doesn't have that much cash available and says something like "I'll send you a check next week."  We all know that could mean a lost sale.  How much better if you can say "I'll be happy to accept a credit card."

If you already have your own merchant account, your Assistant can access the account remotely and make the transactions for you.  If you don't have an account, we can work with your bank to create one or even connect you with an outsourced service that will set up an account for you.  

The process is simple:  Once we have access to your merchant account, you or your customer will simply phone in the credit card information and your Assistant will handle the transaction.  It's really that easy!
